Context & Goals
SkinEnvie Medispa is a busy beauty and wellness clinic offering a variety of beauty treatments. They needed ongoing help with their monthly marketing (emails, social assets, and seasonal visuals) all while keeping things consistent and easy for their team to use.
I support them each month by designing emails and branded social assets that feel fresh but still look like them, even without a formal brand guide to reference.
The Challenge
This project wasn’t about fixing something broken: it was about smoothing out the edges so their communications felt unified and professional.
They needed someone who could manage the monthly content with care, keep everything visually aligned, and gently prevent small inconsistencies from slipping through.
My approach
I stepped in as an extension of their team, focusing on clarity, consistency, and subtle refinements over time.
Designed the monthly newsletter in Zenoti using a clean, reusable structure
Created matching social assets to support monthly promotions and treatments
Standardized fonts, sizes, and spacing for a more cohesive look
Light proofread of both languages and aligned the English/French messaging
Set up a straightforward Zenoti template to make internal future sends easier

The monthly emails continue to perform above industry averages, and the small refinements in layout, fonts, and bilingual alignment have created a noticeably smoother experience for the spa and their audience. Even without a formal brand guide, the visuals now feel unified and intentional month after month.
What I’m most proud of is how seamless the process has become. They send the content, and I take care of the rest.
The coolest part
Every month comes with a custom colour palette, chosen intuitively from their existing aesthetic, not from a brand book. It’s a small creative ritual that gives their audience a sense of seasonality and care, and it keeps the content looking fresh without ever straying from the Skinenvie mood.
