Big Dreamers Ecommerce Launch

Launching a clean, user-friendly online store built to grow with the brand.

Context & Goals

Big Dreamers is a product-focused brand celebrating creativity and empowerment through books, apparel, and other products. At the start of this project, the brand had only a logo and a small initial product offering, with no ecommerce presence.

The goal was to design and launch the brand’s first online store, creating a scalable foundation to support future product growth and launches.

The Challenge

TKey constraints included:

  • Very limited brand assets beyond a logo and color palette
  • Only a few products at launch, which risked making the site feel sparse
  • Ensuring a clean, engaging experience that could scale as the product line expanded

The challenge was to build a functional, polished online store that felt complete, intuitive, and aligned with the brand’s empowering identity, despite minimal starting materials.

My approach

I designed a clean, user-friendly WooCommerce site that allowed the products to take center stage while establishing clear visual hierarchy and navigation.

Flexible product layouts to accommodate future launches

Clear, intuitive navigation and product discovery

A visual system that aligned with the bold, empowering tone of the brand

Every decision balanced clarity, usability, and scalability to ensure the store could grow alongside the brand.

Impact & Reflection

The site successfully launched and provided Big Dreamers with its first functional online storefront. Over time, the product line expanded, reflecting the brand’s growth and momentum.

Although the site has since been rebranded and migrated to Shopify, this project represents the foundational phase of the brand’s ecommerce journey, showcasing problem-solving under constraints and the ability to create a polished, scalable online experience from minimal assets.
